Not at all like Earth!

The events of the game unfold on a strange planet that you have to colonize. Which is quite a dubious perspective given that almost all forms of life here are incredibly hostile towards two-legged beings that arrived at their home and are trying to reshape it ruining the age-old flow of the alien life. Moreover, all this variety won’t just sit there, in their habitats, and wait for you to come closer – many of these extraterrestrial monsters will be actively attacking your camp.

To hold out, you’ll have to constantly improve the only protection system you have at your disposal – a special dome (hence the name of the game) that covers the whole colony. That can be done by installing more and more powerful weapons that will be shooting the beasts as they approach, a lot like tower-defense style. You will even be able to control these weapons on your own which increases your chances of dealing with the local fauna and getting back to collecting resources, crafting stuff and doing all kinds of other fascinating and tough things colonists do.

Stay on your guard and try to survive!

Exploring, mining and drilling, putting together ever more advanced equipment and weapons – all this can keep you hooked up for hours. Just make sure to return to the base before another wave of attacks begins! Manage your schedule according to the intervals between the phases of defending the camp and developing it. And note that the intensity of attacks will keep growing the longer you keep playing. There is no particular plot or end purpose in Dome Keeper Demo. You just need to try and stay alive for as long as possible. Good luck!
